研究方向
主要研究方向为基于以往神经可塑性的研究发现,探讨短时程记忆及长时程记忆的神经环路机制。
大脑的一个基本功能是处理日常生活中所经历的外部感觉信息,并且可以记住所经历的事件。对大脑记忆的神经机制研究已有五、六十年的历史。目前已知环境刺激诱发的神经元活动所进一步诱导的神经元可塑性是记忆发生的原因。对神经可塑性发生的分子及细胞机制研究已有了坚实的积累。我们的研究定位于:基于以往神经可塑性的研究发现,探讨记忆发生的环路机制。
课题组主要使用在体动物膜片钳记录手段,结合离体动物电生理及动物行为学等方法,采用基因模式动物,针对联合型记忆,探讨:海马承担短时程记忆功能的感觉信息处理特点,以及所导致的记忆在海马快速产生的机理;基于前扣带皮层,研究长时程记忆的皮层机制;海马的短时程记忆向皮层长时程记忆的转移机制。
